Our building is arranged into “neighborhoods,” created to foster friendships and a family feeling for the residents who live there. Each neighborhood has an assortment of bright, comfortable living spaces, suitable for visiting with family, chatting with friends, watching TV, or reading a book. Each neighborhood also has its own dining room.
Personal accommodations include private rooms and companion suites (perfect for couples) with a number of efficient floor plans to satisfy a variety of tastes and budgets. Our accommodations are all fully furnished, but you’re welcome to bring your own furnishings and accessories.
Our community has a hair salon on-site and a private party room for family gatherings. You can even have our chef cater your event. And if you enjoy the outdoors, our outside living spaces include a courtyard, patios, and porches.

A Broad Array of Services for One Monthly Fee
Each resident pays one all-inclusive, monthly fee to live at Chartiers Manor. That makes it easy to plan your budget and know that you’ll get the care you need to meet your changing needs. In addition to your accommodations, your monthly fee also covers:
- Delicious, well-balanced meals and snacks, and mealtime assistance
- Help with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assistance with medication management
- Housekeeping and linen service
- Twenty-four-hour staff
- A state-of-the-art emergency response system
- Health and wellness services, including various screening and assessment services, home health services, and a staff escort to medical appointments
- An activities program that offers mental stimulation, physical activity, friendship, and spiritual enrichment
