Quality Care in the Valley
Comfort and Convenience
We have a hair salon on the premises and a multipurpose room where you and your family can gather to spend time together. We have a wheelchair-accessible private phone room and a number of portable phones you can use to make calls. Long-distance service is free. We can supply a TV if you don’t bring one, and satellite TV service is available.
Outdoors, we have an enclosed courtyard with raised, wheelchair-accessible flower beds. There’s also a unique picnic pavilion—a large, gated, screened-in porch with tables and benches.
We offer all these amenities and more, all for your comfort and convenience.
We offer a wide variety of skilled nursing and rehab services for people recovering from an illness or injury, including:
We also offer long-term care for people who are no longer able to live at home. And we accept people for respite visits—temporary stays at our center when their at-home caregiver can’t be available.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care—Our focus is on helping each person maintain dignity and independence. Within our secure environment, we deliver compassionate care and provide programming developed especially for people with memory impairments.
Bariatric Care—Bariatric care is for people with significant weight issues. Some are preparing for or recovering from gastric bypass surgery. Others aren’t candidates for surgery or choose not to have it. Our team of caregivers provides a variety of services adapted to the needs of bariatric residents, including nursing care, rehab services, individual nutrition counseling, and exercise classes. Appropriately sized equipment—beds, lifts, wheelchairs, commodes, and so on—help make our bariatric residents comfortable.
Vestibular Rehab—Vestibular therapy can be very effective in helping people with balance deficits. Through our vestibular rehab program, we will evaluate your condition and create a treatment plan for your specific needs. Our goal is to help you lead a full and active life.
Wound Care—Our wound care program helps people with surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, chronic wounds, and skin disorders that have resisted normal treatment. We have certified wound care specialists on staff who—together with our wound care team of nurses, rehab specialists, dietitian, and social worker—work with your physician. We accept residents with challenging wound and skin problems, and work to heal them through a care plan including diligent nursing, sound nutrition, and therapies.
